Now finally, they have launched the most awaited car in India at a starting price at Rs 19.88 lakh (excite variant, New Delhi). For those who booked the car after January 17, MG ZS EV will be priced at Rs 20.88 lakh while ZS EV Exclusive is available for Rs 23.58 lakh.

Along with the price of ZS EV, Morris Garage (MG) has introduced some more features. Just like MG Hector, ZS EV is also an internet connectivity supported car with a fully automatic setup. It has the power window in both front and back seats. The company claims that they have received over 2,800 bookings over the last 27 days, which shows a positive response by their customers. MG also ensures that they will start delivering the car on January 27 across 5 cities -Delhi/NCR, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
As per the company, MG ZS EV will come with MG eShield, which provides a free-of-charge 5-year manufacturer warranty for unlimited kilometers on the car and 8 years/150,000 km warranty on the battery. It also offers round-the-clock roadside assistance for 5 years, along with 5 labor-free services.
The ZS EV is an all-electric motor that develops 143PS and 353Nm, drawing power from an IP67 rated 44.5kWh battery pack. MG claims that the ZS EV can do 340km in a single charge. It comes with fast charging capabilities, taking around 50 minutes to go from 0-80 percent using a DC fast charger.
Features in the ZS EV include an 8-inch infotainment system with connected car technology, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a panoramic sunroof, drive modes, cruise control, a PM 2.5 AC air filter, and a powered driver’s seat. Safety features include 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, a tire pressure monitor and electronic stability control.
